  • Self-esteem, identity, and personality development
  • Social relationships and interpersonal experiences
  • Life transitions
  • Couple adaptation and relationship satisfaction
  • International mobility and intercultural adjustment

Research Overview

My research examines how self-esteem and social relationships develop across life transitions. I am particularly interested in how relationship experiences shape individuals’ self-views and how people adapt to change within close relationships. Across my work, I investigate social relationships as both a source of support and a key context for psychological development.
