Personality Psychology and Psychological Assessment
Chair: Prof. Dr. Anne Reitz

Welcome!
Differential and Personality Psychology is a subdiscipline of psychology that focuses on individual differences in experience and behavior. Important differences among individuals, for example, pertain to intelligence and personality.
Psychological Assessment deals with the measurement of psychological characteristics. In addition to interviews and behavioral observations, psychological test and questionnaire methods are primarily used for this purpose. The development and quality assurance of such methods is a key task within this subdiscipline.
In teaching, the department team represents these topics in the modules Differential Psychology and Personality Psychology, Psychological Assessment, and Clinical Psychological Assessment.
