Registration & abstract submission details

Abstract submission for talk and poster contributions is now open and closes on June 4th.

As the world is growing and there are more and more researchers from different countries working in Germany, we decided that the language of this year's conference (including all talks and posters) will be English. So, please submit your abstract in English (max. 300 words) for either a talk or poster presentation. Expectedly, we will reply by the end of May to inform you about whether your abstract got accepted and for what kind of presentation you are planned.

You can also attend the ADok without contributing. Then please fill in the form below and check the box attendance without contribution. Same registration fees will apply.

The registration fee for any participant will be 40 €.
Please note that we can only offer a refund of the participation fee if you withdraw your application by May 22nd.
