Writing the future - Hope in times of the Covid-19 pandemic

The study will be finalised shortly, participation is currently no longer possible. You are welcome to find out more about the results of the study on the website of the Chair of Health and Prevention at the University of Greifswald.

A look at the time after the pandemic can give hope. The Chair of Health and Prevention at the University of Greifswald is looking for participants aged 18 and over for a research project on increasing well-being with the help of a positive-psychological writing exercise.

For four consecutive weeks, you will answer questions online once a week about your well-being and mental health. You will then be asked to write freely for 15 minutes. The processing time is 30-45 minutes per appointment. All participants will be entered into a draw to win vouchers worth €15. Participation is possible from the age of 18 and from the comfort of your own home.

The study offers a great opportunity to look into the future and try out an exercise that can have a positive effect on your well-being.
